CALIFORNIA CAREER CRIMINAL GEORGE SEMEIL  CONTINUES TO TARGET FEMALE VICTIMS BEHIND THE COVER OF KENNITH RIJOCKS IMAGES FAKE NEWS! 

This is the convicted fraudster, predator, blackmailer and pedophile / convicted murderer from Atascadero state hospital prison! GEORGE SEMEIL, though he usually calls himself George Frances, and use many different  forms of emails to harrass and trick potential make believe victims into turning delusional stories to harm Author Ralph Sanders. lately, George Semeil a three-time convicted felon and career criminal whom served 10 years in Atascadero state hospital was revealed harrassing his Ex-Employees have previously featured under his name by Googling: George VS. Maximus) but whom we are again warning the public, and local law enforcement agencies, about so that they can identify and stop this career criminal from preying upon any more victims in Northern California....stalking & writing many blogs on the three time published Author Ralph Sanders. Interesting enough Judith Richey has put out a Alert video on this stalker and in compliance with the local authorities with 17 other potential victims that the FBI is taking a serious investigation over the many years of harrassment and a possible  perjury under oath. This man George Semeil is known to scam superior court judges and falsely filing malicious law suites on many companies with out any reasonable cause but to represent himself and scam the system. El Dorado County is very aware of this sick man who is harming innocent people and there children behind the computer of his home in serrano. It is possible  that he has harmed Mrs. Sanders Daughter when she was only 13 months old. This could be the real reason he has put Mr. Sanders on the defensive side to protect  his image over the 9 years of George Semeils attacks and terrorising his life. Doctor Phil was sent a letter and Book on this many years of harrassment. Be Alert of this man that is 6'1 Gray/ black hair and drive a Toyota Gray truck as well as a old white Toyota. George Semeil is sick and need to be treated under mental health with medication. His most recent place of  attacks is on his computer as a troll making fake websites pretending to be( KENNITH RIJOCK ) where he finds and targets many of his victms, in a  "CLEVER SICK WAY".... located in California and known as  impersonating law enforcement/detective over the internet targeting vulnerable woman to help him with attacking Author Ralph Sanders.

How he ever was able to pass a pre-employment check is not known, because he has a " 187 Murder felony conviction, and has spent a large portion of his life in prison, but he constantly changes the aliases he uses, so they may not know him by his real name. He is known to have tricked  several women who he targeted and later became some of his victims, after he subsequently defrauded them through bogus investments writing Ripoff.com reports using diffrent emails and many fake rebuttals to target others he had felt wronged over a simple conversation that went bad. George is mentally unstabled and the FBI is very aware of this man and his many criminal activities!

Sanders famliy moves from one Northern California City to another, specifically to try and get away from this dangerous sick man, especially after he targeted  school teachers, nurses and other professional or business women, all of whom hold important, and well-paying, jobs. He recently enticed his victim, a school teacher, by passing himself off as a recently telling woman he is a privet FBI agent investigating Mr. Sanders ...After ripping her off, he threatened and intimidated her, through hundreds of telephone calls and text messages, and posted untrue statements about alleged criminal conduct to the Internet, specifically to the  website Rip off Report. which were designed to cause her to lose her job,  and many other innocent victims of George Semeil and notified her that he would not take them down unless she paid him blackmail. He threatened her life and career, and said he could ruin her life with a click of a button, and have it all recorded. Judith richey ,Casey jones, Karin Knapp, and Lawrence Jr are all talking with the FBI....including Maximus paul and Ruby Williams. They have not forgot who this monster  is and what he had done to them. In the upcoming future there will be many files and court documents placed on media to expose the man behind Kenneth Rijock himself known as George Semeil.

Be very careful not to respond to that fake article under Kennith  Rijock. It's all delusional and you would be talking to George himself if you add yourself as a memeber.  Good luck and stay wise and far away from this evil cold hearted criminal who needs professional mental help!! 

He lured her in by driving her to expensive homes, in exclusive neighborhoods, like Serrano where Georgr stay with a older lady that's Italian 67 years old and Held Hostage to what George is doing on the computer... which he claimed to own, but which he had obtained access through corrupt real estate agents, and agents who believed he was a wealthy prospective purchaser. This is one of his typical methods of operation. After he has convinced his victim that he is affluent, law enforcement, and owns multiple properties, he has then loan him money,and sur others he has turned against allegedly for "investment, " but he neither makes any investment, nor pays the victims back.  He also persuades them to give information to  him and use it by twisting articles like the ones you are reading befor this reality of the truth. Our subsequent search of real property records confirms that he has never owned any homes in California. Given his prison sentences, it is doubtful that he would have time to hold a legitimate job long enough to qualify for a home loan with a mental capacity and his age along with out a stabled employment after his 10 years inside of 3 major mental institutions.....he is living off the connseta who he calls his wife is supportive of his sick games!

His other favorite scam is to frequent shopping centers, supermarkets, hotels and casino parking lots. When a female arrives alone, he damages their tires while they are inside the building, and when they attempt to drive away, he swoops in like a Good Samaritan to assist a female in distress, pointing out their flat tire, to ingratiate himself to the victim, or just to obtain contact information, for further criminal action against the woman. Once he has befriended his target, he delivers his bogus life story as a ( investigative person in law enforcement), and commences the fraud and molest them with his spooky conversation. He was accused of ( Maximus" employees stalking them and harrassing as well flating there tires and making many defamation actions creating blogs like under Kennith Rijocks false claims.

This highly manipulative career criminal is known to search the Internet for recent crime stories. He then plagiarized the article by changing the names and dates, then copying and pasting the content on Rip off Report, and other  websites, to intimidate, harass, defame and slander his victims. Ralph Sanders is one of his victims that George Semeil is obsessed with destroying. His Ex-wife who he tried to kill has the same Birthday as the Author Ralph Sanders. February 4th wow! This is a connection in what might be the issue on wanting to destroy Mr. Sanders.
